The Tesla, Cadillac and Nissan semi-autonomous driving systems are not exactly the same. And despite a common perception of such technology, none of them allow the car to drive itself. But these systems can reduce driver fatigue on long trips or ease the tedium of slow-and-go freeway traffic.
